At meeting held on 28 June 2014
Muthoot Capital Services announced that Philip Thomas, a Non Executive Independent Director of the Company has submitted his resignation from the Board. The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 June 2014 has accepted the resignation effective from this day.The Board had also appointed Radha Unni as a Non Executive Independent additional Woman Director on the Board with effect from 28 June 2014.
