At meeting held on 13 June 2015
North Eastern Carrying Corporation announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 June 2015, has accepted the resignation of Hemanshu Yadav, from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 13 June 2015.Further, the Board of Directors has appointed Anand Kumar Pandey, as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
