At meeting held on 22 October 2018
The Board of Oceanaa Biotek industries at its meeting held on 22 October 2018 have planned to defer the dividend declared @ Rs. 1.50 (15% of Rs.10) per share for the FY 2017-18, which was approved in the 13th Annual General Meeting for time being due to some Financial constraint in the Company.Further, the expected date of payment of the above declared dividend will be intimated in due course.
