Oricon Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2016, inter alia, has:1. Approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Oriental Containers (OCL) and Oricon Properties (OPPL) (wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company) with partial modification of Appointed date in case of OPPL to 01 July 2016 instead of 01 April 2016.
