The Board of Orient Refractories at its meeting held on 25 June 2021 has approved the appointment of 4,08,57,131 number of fully paid up equity shares of Re. 1 each to shareholders of transferor companies i.e. RHI India & RHI Clasil pursuant to scheme of amalgamation.
