At meeting held on 30 March 2015
PAL Credit & Capital announced that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held on 30 March 2015, Rajeshree Parekh, who has been working as the Chief Accountant of the Company has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company under Section 203(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.Further with the above appointment the following are the Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company:
1. M. Sudalaikannu - Manager of the Company (Appointed on 16 December 2013 by the shareholder of the Company effective from 01 November 2013).
2. Kavita A. Javheri - Company Secretary (Appointed by the Board on 18 February 2013)
3. Rajeshree Parekh - CFO (Appointed by the Board on 30 March 2015)
