The Board of Piramal Enterprises at its meeting held on 17 January 2020 has approved the divestment of stake in the healthcare insights and analytics business, held by the Company directly and through its wholly owned subsidiaries including PEL-DRG Dutch Holdco BV, to Clarivate Analytics Plc. for an aggregate consideration of USD 950 million.The revenue from the healthcare insights and analytics business was Rs. 1,330.74 crore for the financial year ended 31 March 2019.
The transaction is expected to be completed on or before 28 February 2020.
