Premier Explosives announced about the following change in the Directorate:- Pursuant to Sections 149, 152 and 161 of the Companies Act, 2013, Vikram Mahajan is appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 November 2014 as Director (Marketing), an additional whole-time director, with effect from 06 November 2014 up to 05 November 2017.
