Presha Metallurgical announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 August 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:- To Appoint Dinaben Ganatra as additional Director (Women Director) of the Company and to accept resignation of Mahendra Dolatrai Ganatra from the board of Director of the Company.
