Rai Saheb Rekhchand Mohota Spg.&Wvg. Mills announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 February 2015, has unanimously decided to issue Bonus shares @ 1:6 i.e. 1 (One) Bonus Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for every 6 (Six) existing fully paid equity share of Rs. 10/- each. Fractional entitlement above 0.5 only will get 1 (one) fully paid equity share of Rs. 10/- each as Bonus Share and fractional entitlement of 0.50 and less will not be considered for Bonus Share i.e. those who are holding 3 (Three) and less shares will not be entitled for Bonus Share.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
