RCC Cements announced that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 13 July 2017 has decided to withdraw the Scheme of Arrangement for Amalgamation of Virgo Softech (Transferor Company) with RCC Cements (Transferee Company) being Company Petition bearing no. 417 of 2013 pending before the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal after obtaining necessary approval from the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Delhi in this regard.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
