The Board of Regaliaa Realty at its meeting held on 16 July 2018 has approved the following -1. Kavitha Renganathan has been appointed as Additional Director of the company with effect from 16 July 2018.
2. The resignation of Rukmini Roy Basu, Director of the company with effect from 16 July 2018 was accepted.
3. The Company has entered into an Assignment Deed on 4 April 2018 with the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company D.Sudhakara Reddy and this was taken on record
