Saianand Commercial announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 August 2015 inter alia, has considered the following:- To Appoint Vipul Shantilal Trivedi and Nileshkumar Tribhovandas Kava as Additional Director of the Company and to accept resignation of Sumit Tukaram Chile from the Board of Director of the Company.
