Shiva Cement announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 January 2017, has approved the following:- Consent of the Board be and is hereby accorded for the potential sale of certain shares held by the promoters of the Company to JSW Cement and to execute the Share Purchase Agreement or such other agreements as may be required for giving effect to the potential transactions.
