Board of Shivalik Bimetal Controls recommends interim dividend

Shivalik Bimetal Controls announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 February 2018, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 0.3 per equity Share (i.e. 15%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
