With effect from 24 May 2016
Shree Digvijay Cement Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 24 May 2016, has appointed / designated KK Rajeev Nambiar-CEO & Whole-time Director of the Company as "acting Chief Financial Officer" (CFO) of the Company in place of Arun Kamra, who ceased to be CFO effective from 24 May 2016, due to his resignation.Nambiar will hold this additional responsibility until the time a new CFO is identified and appointed by the Company within the time as specified under applicable law.
