Shreekrishna Biotech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 December 2014, has considered the following:- To appoint Sunil Nerli as additional Director on 11 December 2014 and to accept resignation of Vipul Joshi on 11 December 2014 from the Board of Director of the Company.
