At meeting held on 29 October 2014
SIL Investments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 October 2014, has appointed Lokesh Gandhi, as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer in lieu of the outgoing Secretary of the Company.Further, Brajmohan Prasad shall cease to be the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 31 October 2014.
