Snowman Logistics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 October 2014, inter alia, transacted the following :1. Wataru Kato has been appointed as Additional Director on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 30 October 2014.
2. Masakazu Sakakida, Director has resigned as Director, with effect from 30 October 2014.
