The Board of Sparc Systems at its meeting held on 08 June 2021 has approved the resignation of Punit Neb as Chief Financial officer of the Company and Change of her designation from Whole Time Director to Non-Executive Director. The Board approved the appointment of Kajal Sampat as Chief Financial officer of the Company. The Board also appointed Niraj H.
