At meeting held on 09 March 2015
SRM Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 March 2015, has transacted the following:1. The Board decided to sale/ dispose off the Power Plant transferred in its Wholly Owned Subsidiary i.e. 'SRM Energy Tamilnadu' subject to the necessary approvals from the shareholders and other statutory authorities, if any.
2. The Board has authorised Vishal Rastogi, Managing Director of the Company to do all the deeds and acts as may be deemed necessary and also to take requisite step for the sell/ dispose off the aforesaid Power Plant in Wholly Owned Subsidiary, including to find buyer/s, giving requisite mandates, subject to necessary approvals of shareholders and other statutory authorities, if any.
