STI India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 11 December 2015, inter alia, has:1. Noted the resignation of K. N. Garg from the Directorship of the Company, and
2. Noted the appointment of Yudhvir Singh Jain as Special Director of Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR).
