Stone India announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 March 2015, has considered the appointment and remuneration of Vijay Kumar Bagri as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and it was decided by the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at their meeting held on 10 March 2015, to appoint him as Chief Financial Officer of the Company at the remuneration recommended by Nomination and Remuneration Committee with effect from 07 March 2015.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
