At meeting held on 22 July 2014
Sudal Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 July 2014, inter alia, has approved and took note of:1. The sad demise of Chaitan M. Maniar, Chairman & Independent Director of the Company, who passed away on 29 June 2014.
2. The resignation of Deokinandan Ajitsaria, Non Executive Director of the Company, who resigned as a Director from the board w.e.f. 10 July 2014.
3. Appointment of Jal Thanawala as an Additional Director categorized as Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.
4. Appointment of Kamlini Maniar as an Additional Director categorized as Independent Director of the Company with immediate effect.
