Svaraj Trading & Agencies announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 August 2015, inter alia, has:1. Considered and approved the appointment of Harendra Kumar Gupta as a Managing director of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual general Meeting.
2. Considered and approved the appointment of Praveen Gelra as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual general Meeting.
3. Consider and adopted the policy of Code Of Internal Procedures And Conduct For Regulating, Monitoring And Reporting of Trading By Insiders.
