Swiss Glascoat Equipments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 June 2016, inter alia, have transacted the following matters :1. Resignation of Kaushik Shah, the Independent Director of the Company with effect from September 12, 2016.
2. Appointment of Janardan Shukla as the Additional Director (Independent Director) of the Company.
