Sword-Edge Commercials announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 August 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:- To Appoint Dinaben Ganatra, as additional Director (Women Director) of the Company and to accept resignation of Sayaman Antony Fernandes and Santosh Gangadhar Mohite from the board of Director of the Company.
