Tijaria Polypipes announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 January 2015, has approved the following matters/items:-1. Appointment of Vinod Kumar Sharma as a Chief financial Officer (CFO) of the Company in place of Girish K. Paliwal, who has expressed his inability to join the Company, as per Companies Act, 2013.
2. Appointment of Vaibhav Jain & Co., Auditor firm as an Internal Auditor of the Company as per Companies Act, 2013.
