At meeting held on 30 May 2016
Tilak Ventures announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May2016, has considered and approved the following:1. Appointed Shaari Amit Gulecha as an Executive Director of the Company, who will hold office up to the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. Appointed Hardikkumar Bharatbhai Kabariya as an Additional Director of the Company under Independent Non- Executive Category, who will hold office up to the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
3. Took the note on Compliance done as per LODR, Regulation 2015 for the quarter ended 31 March 2016.
