The Board of Transwarranty Finance will meet on 29 August 2019 to consider raising of funds by issue of secured and/or unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures including subordinated debt on private placement basis under 4th tranche/Series D/2019-20 and by way of External Commercial Borrowing (ECB) subject to directions issued by Reserve Bank of India, from time to time, within the overall borrowing limit as may be approved by the shareholders.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
