Tyche Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 December 2015, inter alia, has considered the following :- Pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, Laxmi Chandra Dey has been appointed as a Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 28 December 2015.
