At meeting held on 31 March 2015
Vegepro Foods & Feeds announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015 have appointed Babita Umang Nagori as an Additional Director (Non Independent and Non Executive) of the Company with effect from 31 March 2015.Her appointment shall be confirmed by the members of the Company at an EGM/AGM to be convened at a later date.
