At meeting held on 20 December 2016
Vishal Bearings announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 December 2016 has transacted the following -Issue and allotment of 11,99,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each as bonus shares to those members of the company entitled thereto as on 16 December 2016 being record date fixed for the purpose.
Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has increased to 59,95,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
