Board of Wheels India decides to close down Pantnagar facility

At meeting held on 06 November 2017

The Board of Wheels India at its meeting held on 06 November 2017, transacted the following -

Approved closing down the operations at Pantnagar facility. This unit has contributed Rs 198.09 crore which is 9.10% of total turnover during FY 2016-17 and the said unit is proposed to be closed before end of FY 2017-18.

Accepted resignation of S Balasundharam, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 04 November 2017.

Appointment of K V Lakshmi as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 06 November 2017.
