White Diamond Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 20 August 2014, inter alia, has considered and approved the following:1. Resignation of Jaynish R. Kothari and Mr. Nalin Shah as directors of the Company.
2. Appointment of Chandresh R. Jain as Independent Director of the Company.
