At meeting held on 31 January 2015
Wintac announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 January 2015 considered and approved the Issue Price of Rs. 34.90 per Equity Share of Rs. 10 per share (Face value Rs. 10 plus Share premium of Rs. 24.90 per share) for the Proposed Rights Issue of Equity Shares of the Company in the ratio of 1:1 i.e., one equity share for every one equity share held by the shareholders as on Record Date to be fixed by the Board after the receipt of confirmation from SEBI for the updated Draft Letter of Offer.
