Borosil Glass Works net profit declines 75.78% in the March 2013 quarter

Sales rise 12.04% to Rs 41.61 crore

Net profit of Borosil Glass Works declined 75.78% to Rs 6.17 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 25.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 12.04% to Rs 41.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 37.14 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 39.04% to Rs 19.83 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 32.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 6.68% to Rs 134.40 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 125.98 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
