Borosil Glass Works has received the certified copy of the order from NCLT, Mumbai bench sanctioning the composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement between Vyline Glass Work, Fennel Investment and Finance, Gujarat Borosil (transferor companies) and Borosil Glass Works (transferee company) and Borosil (resulting company).
