Brigade Enterprises announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved on 01 February 2016 the allotment of 98075 equity shares (face value of Rs. 10/- each) to those employees who have exercised their Options for equity shares under the Employees Stock Option Plan 2011.The paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 113,08,05,400/- to Rs. 113,17,86,150/- due to the aforesaid allotment.
