Brigade Enterprises announced that it is converting its flagship project - Brigade Orchards in Devanahalli as Bangalore's first Smart Township. The 130 acre integrated enclave will now have smart features including smart water management, energy management and waste management apart from world class fitness & training at a sports academy, managed by Sporting Edge, a Steve Waugh Company.
