Canara Bank reports consolidated net profit of Rs 1195.78 crore in the March 2021 quarter

Net profit of Canara Bank reported to Rs 1195.78 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against net loss of Rs 3209.98 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Total Operating Income rose 35.33% to Rs 16576.26 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 12249.16 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 2890.60 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against net loss of Rs 1986.43 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Total Operating Income rose 41.11% to Rs 70212.60 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 49758.75 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
