With respect to DLF's two residential projects in Gurgaon

DLF announced that the Hon'ble CCI's has dismissed the allegations of abuse of dominant position in relation to the company's residential projects - 'Regal Gardens at DLF Garden City' and 'Sky Court Project', in Gurgaon, and closed these cases against DLF as well as DLF Home Developers (DHDL), a wholly owned subsidiary of DLF (i.e. the DLF Group).

The Hon'ble CCI has observed that the DLF Group does not enjoy a dominant position in the market for development and sale of residential apartments / flats in Gurgaon, and that the relevant market is dynamic by its very nature and keeps changing with time. In light of the absence of dominance of the DLF Group in the relevant market, the Hon'ble CCI held that there was no requirement to examine allegations of abuse of dominance.
