CEAT consolidated net profit rises 16.61% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 13.73% to Rs 1673.86 crore

Net profit of CEAT rose 16.61% to Rs 76.81 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 65.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 13.73% to Rs 1673.86 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 1471.82 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 35.06% to Rs 233.29 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 359.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 8.05% to Rs 6230.77 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 5766.51 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
