CEAT standalone net profit rises 21.26% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 13.64% to Rs 1648.53 crore

Net profit of CEAT rose 21.26% to Rs 85.14 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 70.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 13.64% to Rs 1648.53 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 1450.69 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit declined 23.16% to Rs 278.72 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 362.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 8.06% to Rs 6161.34 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 5701.73 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
