Century Plyboards (India) jumped 12.48% to Rs 330.35 at 14:05 IST. The stock topped the gainers in the BSE's 'A' group. On the BSE, 1.56 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 19,000 shares in the past two weeks.
Chambal Fertilisers and Chemicals surged 11.54% to Rs 157.50. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 2.65 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.29 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Rain Industries gained 8.56% at Rs 358.90. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 6.92 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 6.43 lakh shares in the past two weeks.
Bajaj Electricals advanced 8.44% at Rs 484.50. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 89,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 43,000 shares in the past two weeks.
Uflex rose 7.09% to Rs 389.75. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 20,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 36,000 shares in the past two weeks.
