CESC standalone net profit rises 0.41% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 14.00% to Rs 1401.00 crore

Net profit of CESC rose 0.41% to Rs 244.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 243.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 14.00% to Rs 1401.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 1229.00 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 7.06% to Rs 698.00 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 652.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 12.62% to Rs 6132.00 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 5445.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
