Sales decline 33.91% to Rs 8813.99 crore

Net profit of Chennai Petroleum Corporation rose 631.92% to Rs 364.57 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 49.81 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 33.91% to Rs 8813.99 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 13335.43 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 38.99 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against net loss of Rs 303.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 15.14% to Rs 41847.48 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 49311.60 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
