Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 28 April 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the audited financial results for the year ended 31 March 2014. The Company is also taking steps to publish the audited financial results as per the listing guidelines.Further, the Board will also be considering recommendation of final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2014 for approval of the shareholders.
