Chordia Food Products net profit declines 82.17% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 7.19% to Rs 8.65 crore

Net profit of Chordia Food Products declined 82.17% to Rs 0.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 1.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 7.19% to Rs 8.65 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 8.07 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 31.69% to Rs 1.66 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 2.43 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 10.36% to Rs 34.41 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 31.18 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
