Cipla announces changes in board

The board of Cipla at its meeting held on 13 March 2014 has approved the resignation of M K Hamied as executive vice-chairman with effect from 31 March. M K Hamied continues to be the vice-chairman of the company in a non-executive role effective 01 April 2014. The board has designated Rajesh Garg as executive director and global chief financial officer and appointed him as additional director and whole-time director of the company with effect from 01 April 2014.
